 I have worked in Leonard Cheshire Home for the disabled, Highcroft Psychiatric Hospital on Rehabilitation, lock up wards and geriatric wards.
I have over 30 years experience with Alzheimer's, Dementia, Deaf and Visually Impaired, Parkinson's Disease, Rehabilitation, Re-enablement, Palliative Care and Personal Care.
I am currently working toward level 5 leadership and management in Health and Social Care and level 3 Dementia Awareness.

 I was part of a rapid response for the local council, responding to emergency calls. working with Alcoholics, Drug Addicts, Challenging Behaviour. Dementia, Palliative Care, Deaf and Visually Impaired, Speech Impediment, Personal Care, Physio Exercises.
I am a fully qualified Hair Dresser.

 I was a former emergency medical technician in the ambulance service, also experienced in Dementia, Parkinson's Disease Care, Personal Care, Rehabilitation, working with the Visually Impaired and also uses Sign Language.
I am currently working towards level 2 Health and Social Care and level 2 Dementia Awareness.
Now qualified in First Aid, Moving and Handling, Justin can now also train others to do the same
